Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We are proud to serve customers globally from our studio in Mount Sheila, Australia. However, we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and select remote regions. Please proceed to checkout to confirm if we can deliver to your specific location.
What are my delivery options and costs?
Standard Shipping (A$12.95 flat fee): Ideal when you’re eagerly awaiting your new treasures. Your order is delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Full tracking is provided.

Free Shipping: A complimentary service for orders over A$50. Your order is delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Please allow a little extra patience for this wonderful option.
How long does order processing take?
Every order is carefully packed with love and attention in our Mount Sheila studio. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. You will receive a notification email once it’s on its way.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. For both Standard and Free Shipping options, you will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey every step of the way.
