We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the colours and textures you see on your screen may vary slightly due to monitor calibration. Product dimensions and weights are approximate.
Hygiene & Final Sale Items: For the well-being of all customers, all Bath + Body products (including Bath Salts + Soaps) are intimate wellness items and are considered final sale. Personalised or made-to-order items, and any products marked “Final Sale” are also non-returnable.
4. Orders & Payment Terms
4.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud detection processes.
You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. A contract for sale is only formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.
4.2 Pricing & Payment
All prices on our Site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
4.3 Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. We deliver to most regions worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.
- Standard Shipping (AUD $12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over AUD $50 via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by your country, which are not included in the product or shipping price.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our full Returns & Exchanges policy is detailed on our Site. Key terms are summarised here:
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Process: Initiate a return by contacting Customer Care at [email protected] within the return window.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the approved return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items: As noted in Section 3, Bath + Body products, personalised items, and final sale items cannot be returned.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, button icons, and software, is the property of Provincial Home Living or our content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, prepare derivative works based on, or otherwise use any content from this Site for any commercial purpose without our express prior written consent. The “Provincial Home Living” name and logo, and all related product and service names, are our trademarks.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provincial Home Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
- Any goods purchased or obtained through the Site, including any damage caused by the goods (except as required by consumer law).
- Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products sold, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the greater of AUD $100 or the amount you have paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the six months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not seek to exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides certain statutory guarantees for consumers that cannot be excluded.
